“This country will not be a good place for any of us to live in unless we make it a good place for all of us to live in” All across the world millions of people are in need of help from others. They need people to help provide money, food, time, or care. This need could be on a smaller scale even with something as simple as the need to have someone being nice.

When people help any person in the community no matter how small or whether they are with a group or not, it is community service. Community service is not all about the large organizations running operations, but instead its about the volunteers and those who need help.

With respect to the above clarification, The Esperanza Community promises to lunch a system called The GROW `N` GLOW PROJECT .

Children and young people face different potentially traumatic, adverse and stressful experience while they are growing up and this basically affects their sense and mental reasoning. It is important to recognize these difficulties and how they can have negative impact on young individuals and what can be done to help kids facing through though times.

We have taken it upon ourselves to grow these kids, give them a right meaning to life and change their orientation about life because we believe every child is to GROW ‘N’ GLOW. So therefore, we would be reaching out to four (4) different secondary schools in the city of Ogbomoso, Oyo State Nigeria.

Various activities would be taken place respectively but some of the activities to be done during this project are;

1. Educating the students on how potentially they need to live their lives, helping them discover who they are in the world and how they can chanel their abilities and potential to a great use.
2. Recognizing few talents and purpose; help nurture it by providing personal mentors to guide their steps into a productive lifestyle.
3. Distributing a minimum of 1000 Esperanza customized free notebooks in each schools to help them remember and understand the reasons while we visited them.
4. Getting a specific gift for the School has to recognize and remember our presence.
